Family under attack!

My brother received a call from the Local RCMP Station telling him to come in for questioning. When he arrived at the police interrogation room, he found that it was the same person seeking the return of the money that was doing the questioning. The RCMP recorded the proceedings on their official system for this man. He was not even a Police member, just a member of the public, and the questioning had only to do with a civil matter. He falsely accused my brother of all sorts of criminal activity with absolutely no proof or justification whatsoever.

This then became the subject of a law society investigation.
The ruling would forbid this person from acting in this capacity again but that was only after our family was forced to pay out a large sum of money to defend against his actions.

These RCMP actions are in stark contrast to what was told our family when we tried to have criminal charges brought against the individual who defrauded my father of his money. He was told that was a civil matter and the RCMP would not become involved.
