Penny Lynne Davis Tonasket Washington

Nine year old Penny Lynne Davis from Tonasket Washington located in the southern Okanagan valley,  disappeared shortly after Mindy Tran. Her bike, the same make and color as Mindy's, was found outside her house. The FBI came to B.C. to confer with Canadian Law enforcement on the similarities.

The RCMP had previously provided information suggesting that the person who had abducted Mindy may be headed to the United states.

Penny's name was publicized as one of the reasons for a police conference to be held in Kelowna. Coincidentally Mindy's body was found just as the investigators arrived.

Penny's family once came to B.C. looking for answers themselves. Witnesses reported that the Davis's were claiming that neither the Police nor the FBI would help them. They were lost for answers.

This is the only mention of Peny Davis to be found any where. There is no listing for her on any missing person sites or the Doe network.
