Shortly after the body of Jessica Koopman was found a man from
Lethbridge Alberta was arrested for the crime. Tony Gallop had been the room
mate of Barry Neidermeir and the girls working at the Kelowna covenience store
back in 1982. As a juvenile, Gallop had been arrested for a break and enter at
Price and Markel in Kelowna's north end. He was acquitted. The police member he
claimed was interviewing and investigating him was Gary Tidsbury. Gallop was
suspected of becoming an RCMP innformant. Gallop was one
of the only people who knew of
the same activities involving the people who's identities had just been anonymously
disclosed to Kathy Tomlinson at the CBC only days before the murder of
Jessica Koopman.

attorney received a call from an Edmonton attorney claiming that he had
information regarding high level involvement between an RCMP member in this case
as well as the Mindy Tran case.
